Step 1: The Introductory Session & Plan
Let’s dive in. During our 90-minute Introductory Session we’ll walk through your home to discuss your lifestyle, organization and health goals, and spend the final hour tackling a small 'win' together - like your junk drawer, under-sink cabinet, or linen closet. You get an immediate result, and within 48 hours, we'll send you a Session Summary with a customized Project Estimate for your larger goals.
Step 2: The In-Home Transformation
Our in-home organizing work is conducted in dedicated 4-hour sessions. This timeframe is carefully chosen to allow for deep decluttering, thorough cleaning, and system implementation without rushing or causing "decision fatigue."
Your investment covers the "behind-the-scenes" curation that makes a project successful—including customized product research, storage solution design, and sourcing specialized non-toxic materials tailored to your space.
Step 3: The Sort & Edit
This is where the transformation happens! We’ll take everything out of the space to see exactly what you have and guide you through the "editing" process; helping you decide what to keep or release. You always have the final say, and we’ll handle the heavy lifting of loading up donations and taking them to a local Calgary charity (WINS).
Most organizers provide a surface-level tidy; our organizing projects include a specialized deep-cleaning of the area. Before a single item is placed back, we scrub baseboards, wash walls, and sanitize floors using our premium non-toxic products. We ensure your new systems sit on a foundation of true cleanliness.

Step 4: Implementation & Labeling
Once the clutter is gone and the area has been cleaned, we build the systems. We’ll install the organizing products (bins, dividers, labels, etc.) that best fit your budget and style. We’ll assign a "home" for every item, ensuring that high-use things are in prime real estate. Our goal is to create a Pinterest-worthy look that is backed by real-world functionality.
Step 5: The Fresh Start
We’ll do a final walkthrough with you so you know exactly where everything lives. You’re left with a restorative, healthy space with systems that are easy to maintain, giving you back your time and your peace of mind.
Step 6: The Maintenance (optional)
We're here to help you along the journey. Maintenance sessions are available to book when life gets busy and a system reset is needed. These sessions are especially perfect to book before and/or after holidays and during life transitions.
