Rowan, Calgary's Healthy Home Curator

The Art of the Evolution
For Rowan, organizing has never been just about tidy shelves—it’s about navigating change. Growing up as the eldest of five children, she learned early on that a growing family requires a home that can evolve. Every new sibling meant a new layout, a new system, and a new way to make a house feel like home. This sparked a lifelong fascination with spatial design and the "dream home" blueprints she drew as a child.

Experience That Matters
As a mom with 18 years of professional experience managing high-traffic homes and offices, Rowan understands the unique friction of family life. From her early days as a nanny mastering toy-room transitions to her career as an inventory manager and senior administrator, she has spent decades honing the "logic" of organization. Having personally moved eight times in the last 15 years, she is no stranger to the stressors of downsizing, staging, and starting over. She doesn’t just organize; she strategizes.

A Holistic Perspective
Rowan’s diverse background—as a Yoga teacher, nanny, recreation centre & pool operator, volunteer coordinator, house cleaner, and culinary assistant to a renowned food blogger—gives her a 360-degree view of home wellness. She understands that a kitchen isn't just for storage; it's for nourishment. A bedroom isn't just for furniture; it's for restoration. A play room isn't just for toys; it's a space to foster creativity and imagination.

The Larch Life Mission
The heart of Rowan’s work is a deep commitment to non-toxic living. After losing loved ones to cancer, she dedicated herself to researching the profound impact of environmental toxins on our health. This journey led to the birth of Larch Life. Today, Rowan combines her "Healthy Home" expertise with high-level organizing to help families create spaces that are not only beautiful and functional but fundamentally safe. As a mother and outdoor enthusiast, she knows that the goal of a well-organized home is simple: to spend less time managing your "stuff" and more time living your life.
A Foundation of Curiosity, Not Judgment
We understand that inviting someone into your private space requires trust. Our process never comes from a place of judgment—it comes from a place of curiosity. We want to understand the "how" behind your current environment so we can help you architect a future-focused plan. We aren't here to look at the past; we are here to curate your future.

Being organized is knowing what you have and being able to find it when you need it.
